FOR CHILDREN
New England School of Protocol can host a Tea Party
for your event. |
Tea Parties and MoreSpring, Summer, Winter, Fall; All seasons bring occasions for celebrations. Graduations, Bridal and Wedding Showers, Baby Showers and Birthdays, and holidays all year long. In the summer, when the weather is sunny and warm we think about entertaining outside, in the cooler weather we want to bundle up with something warm. Would you like
How about an old fashioned Lawn Party with Croquet, or a Princess Party for a young girl. A formal Tea for your Grandmother’s birthday, a Bridal ‘thank you’ for her bridesmaids, a Mother/Daughter event. Are you planning a small, intimate wedding and don’t want the planning headaches and expense that go along with large events? If the answer is ‘yes’, then let the New England School of Protocol and Brown Sugar Catering host a one-of-a-kind Tea Party for your event. The occasion and art of Tea has over 5000 years of history. In years gone by, afternoon tea was an important part of life. More than a time for refreshments, it was a time for visiting, spending time with your family and getting to know your neighbor, and introducing new friends to old. It was a way to repay hospitality or entertain, or conduct business on a simpler scale than a luncheon or dinner party. We will customize each event for your group and occasion and will work with you to plan a theme, menu and entertainment or activities. No group is too small or too large, too young or too old to enjoy a Tea Party. The following menus are available and include a wide range of sumptuous delicacies with teas paired to compliment: Light Tea – Tea and two courses Menu items include such choices as Individual Quiche, Tea Sandwiches, and Puff Pastry with a variety of fillings, Fruit or Meat Tartlets, Scones with Clotted Cream & Jam, Cakes, Éclairs, and cookies.
